Dr. Miller was raised in Greeley, Kansas.  She attended the University of Kansas for her undergraduate training as well as her Doctorate of Medicine. Dr. Miller completed her Fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah.  After comlpeting her residency and fellowship she joined Nebraska Pulmonary Specialties, LLC.

At the present time she serves as co-director of Hospice of Nebraska has served on the Board of Directors for the Community Blood Bank, and is the Chairman of the Ethics Committee at BryanLGH.

Dr. Miller is board certified in pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine, and board eligible in sleep disorders.  She is also a fellow in the American College of Chest Physicians.
