Carrie Kleinschmidt, PA-C

Carrie graduated from Iowa State University with bachelors of Science in nutrition in 1991. She practiced as a registered dietitian for 8 years before returning to the physician assistant program at Union College in Lincoln, NE in 1999. After graduating in 2001, she spent 5 years working in family practice before coming to Nebraska Pulmonary Specialties in May of 2006. Carrie states she has enjoyed the transition from primary care to Nebraska Pulmonary Specialties and loves working with the talented physicians to care for our patients.

Carrie is married to husband, Steve, and has one son, Braden. In addition to participating in Braden’s numerous activities, they love to find time to snow ski, golf and get away to somewhere warm with a beach in the winter.
